Return/Exchange Process
- Returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receipt. Adhere to the following:
- Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Return requests must be initiated prior to sending back items.
- Exchanges are free; returns incur a shipping fee deducted from refunds.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Report damaged or incorrect items within 2 days of delivery via email. Delayed reports will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving returned items. Refund methods depend on the payment type:

Credit Card: Refund to the same card or as a gift card.

Cash: Refund options include bank transfer, gift card, or Egypt Post Office collection (15 EGP transaction fee applies).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including customized, used, or altered products, as well as intimate apparel and health-related items, cannot be returned.
Note: Returns and exchanges for Valu orders can only be processed through the online store.
